ADULT WEEKEND CAMP
What to expect? Go at your own speed but expect camp to be fast paced and packed with volleyball. Expect to be coached. Instruction is telling you and showing you what to do. Coaching corrects and achieves results. This camp is designed to be an intense 2 day “pre-season” team styles training camp. Advanced and intermediate groups will cover higher skills and concepts. Instructional level will cover basic fundamentals of passing, hitting, setting, serving, blocking, digging and team systems with the latest techniques and strategies. Camp features: 3 sessions, 12 total hours. Instructor to camper ratio is 1:9. Intermediate Group will have more difficult drills, higher level concepts and skills.
Schedule: Saturday 9am-1pm, 230p-630pm Sunday 10am-2pm.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are great for fine tuning a skill, correcting a skill or learning a new skill in a one on one environment. Camps and clinics are recommended for getting a good foundation in playing volleyball then taking some lessons to get extra help. Camps are generally an instructional environment and its difficult to get "correction" to all the players in camp. A good experienced coach will be able to identify a flaw in technique and then more importantly how to fix it. Fixing the flaw might be as simple as technique but in many cases the fix might involve finding the right "coaching" approach to get the player to fix the flaw.
Take a private lesson at PowerZone! The coach with sit with you to develop a lesson plan, use video analysis to show you what you are doing and how to correct it. The lesson plan is filed in the office for your next lesson.

Lessons are paid for at the time of reservation. In the event you need to cancel a lesson it needs to be done by close of business the previous working day with confirmation from PowerZone to avoid being charged for a full lesson.
