PlayGroups

Playgroup are a group of volleyball players who share a common interest or computability that meet regularly to play volleyball. The interest can be: a group of friends from work, a women's group, an alumni group, etc. Regular Pick-up volleyball is very unpredictable and Leagues can be demanding on time. For a playgroup you sign-up a week in advance.

How it works!

Playgroup courts are scheduled for 2 hours. When 14 players sign-up the meet-up will run. Each court will be limited to 18 players. Groups can grow if courts are available. A playgroup organizer manages the group and schedules the meet-ups. Everyone will need a basic membership ($20) from PowerZone Volleyball. Then its $10 per playgroup. We'll try to use www.meetup.com or www.evite.com to schedule and get RSVPS for the playgroups. Some playgroups may use other social networking groups for scheduling.

• PlayGroups can be open to anyone or closed to a private group.
• RSVP to ensure the group has enough players to reserve the court.
