2019 Tournament Marketplace Vendor Application

If you are interested in being a vendor at any of our PowerZone Girls' Junior Volleyball tournaments, Select date(s) and complete the application below.   Cost of space: $100 //10x10  $50 10x5    Applications will be approved asap.  We wil be accepting vendors with multiple dates and exclusive brands first. Single date vendors will be approved asap.  Multi-date discounts ($25 off 10x10, $10 off 10x5 on 5 dates)

Vendor Marketplace Agreement

  1. PAYMENT: All space must be paid in full twenty eight (28) days prior to the exhibit date. Space not paid for by this date will be subject to cancellation. Space reserved within 28 days of exhibit date must be paid for in full at the time application is approved. CANCELLATION: Exhibit space may be canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the exhibit date with a 50% refund. No refunds are offered after 14 days prior to exhibit date. No space allocation will be made, nor will this agreement be processed, without the proper payment.
  2. USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE:  All sales activities, demonstrations, distribution of promotional materials must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth space. a) No exhibitor may assign, sublet, or share the assigned space. b) Exhibits which include the operation of any audio or noise making machines must be operated so that the noise resulting will not disturb or annoy adjacent exhibitors, c) PowerZone reserves the right to restrict, prohibit or remove any exhibit, which in the opinion of PowerZone, becomes objectionable, detracts from the general character or appearance of the event. d) The serving of drinks, food or alcoholic beverages by exhibitors in any part of the building is forbidden. e) The use of models, performers, and similar persons shall be subject to the approval by PowerZone. f) An exhibitor may not display any product or distribute advertisements for any product that infringes on registered trademark, copyright or patent of another vendor, as has been determined by a court of law. g) Exhibitors are required to maintain the cleanliness of their booth(s).
  3. INSTALLATION & REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS – All exhibits must be installed and removed at assigned times. a) Installation: Vendors must unload prior to tournament start usually 7am . b) Removal will be from 530p - 630p. c) Exhibits, or any part of the booth and its displays, may not be removed prior to closed without the approval of PowerZone Volleyball.
  4. PUBLIC POLICY – Each exhibitor is charged with the knowledge of and compliance with all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety.
  5. CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT – Exhibitors and their agents shall not injure or deface the walls, floors, or any part of the exhibit building or booth materials or equipment of other exhibitors. Nails, tacks, tape, stickers, and other materials must not be used on columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building. Exhibitors and their agents will be held liable for such damage. Exhibitor shall be liable for all cost incurred to the owners of the property so damaged. The PowerZone volleyball reserves the right to select contractors for such repairs.
  6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE – Every responsible precaution will be taken by PowerZone to protect property during installation, event period, and removal. However PowerZone is NOT responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, or damage by fire, accident, vandalism, or causes. Exhibitors are advised to carry appropriate insurance.
  7. In the event the exhibitor fails to comply with any provisions of these rules and regulations, PowerZone shall have the right to terminate agreement and close the exhibitor's space at any time.
