Class Descriptions

Body Sculpting: A high energy workout designed to shape and solve your problem areas!  

Jump City: Looking to increase your vertical? This workout uses plyometrics to heighten your leaps and bounds while safely controlling your landings. It works cohesively to make you jump higher while also preventing injuries; great for young athletes and competitive adults alike!

COREdio: With a focus on strengthening your abs and core while keeping your heart rate high, this class is a great addition to any fitness program!

Boot Camp: Attention!! Boot Camps are a great way to keep your workouts innovative but still challenging enough to continue to see progress in your exercise program. Using weights, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and an energetic instructor, you'll be sure to love what Boot Camp has to offer!!

Spinning: This is our standard cycle class that includes warm up and cool down. Experience this amazing cardio work out riding hills, sprints, and climbs with fast paced-dynamic music that will motivate you to push yourself further than you ever thought you could go. We encourage riders of all levels!
