2020 Vendor Marketplace

This is an opportunity for vendors to get in front of parents, players, coaches and officials.   These are indoor volleyball events and tournaments, age groups range from 10 to 18.  Sample category of vendors include  clothing, jewelry, chair, massage, wellness products etc.  If you have a product that you think that would sell let us know. If you are interested in being a vendor at PowerZone Volleyball Events please click the sign-up link below for the vendor application. 

Location and Contact: Majority of events are at PowerZone Volleyball Center 3 Luger Rd Denville, NJ 07834 973-983-8208 www.powerzonevb.com info@powerzonevb.com. We have an event in Wildwoods NJ in May.  

Payment: CANCELLATION- Exhibit space may be canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the exhibit date with a 50% refund. No refunds are offered after 14 days prior to exhibit date. Dates are not confirmed without payment in full.  Tent: A tent is required for some spaces on the layout. If you do not have a tent you will be assigned a specific area where there is less of a chance a ball will come flying. As part of the agreement a waiver of liability is required. (It IS a SPORTS venue)   WIFI: There is a Optimun wifi hotspot in the building. If you do not have optimum we will provide a temporary login for you. Electricity: We do not have electricity in the vendor area. Tables & Chairs- at the moment we do NOT have tables and chairs.  Vendor Fee:  Event fees vary, Tent or table not included.  Tent Space: 10x10 space,  Table Space: 30inx72in  Equipment rental - we have some tents and tables available for rental.

Weather: These are indoor events. Very seldom will we cancel for weather. If we cancel you will receive a credit to a future date.  ​Food: We have a snack stand (coffee/muffins etc) , Deli on the other side of the parking lot.  

Event Info: Each tournament will have an assigned age group with an estimated number of participants. A typical USAV tournament will have 16-20 teams will have 12 or so players.  Estimated 350-450 people will be in attendance from 9am - 5pm.  Local events have 150-200 people in attendance. Each event will have set-up hours. Please see event list on the application. 

How to participate: 1) Sign-up for events on-line. one application per date.  2) once approved you will receive an invoice and have 7 days to pay for your spot. please re-apply if expired.
