Tournament Marketplace 2019

This is an opportunity for vendors to get in front of parents, players, coaches and officials.   These are indoor USAV or AAU sanctioned tournaments and the age groups of the girls range from 13 to 18. Each tournament will have one age group and each Saturday we will have two seperate 8 to 10 team tournaments on 4 courts. Each of the 16-20 teams will have 12 or so players.  Each week generally will have a new age group and a new set of teams.  Estimated 350-450 people will be in the building from 9am - 5pm.

Vendor Fee:   10x10 space $100, 5x10 space $50. Multi-date discounts ($25 off 10x10, $10 off 10x5 on 5 dates)

Payment: CANCELLATION- Exhibit space may be canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the exhibit date with a 50% refund. No refunds are offered after 14 days prior to exhibit date. No space allocation will be made, nor will this agreement be processed, without payment in full. Discounts are available for payment on all dates. 

Hours: 930am to 530pm. The tournament runs generally 9am to 7pm with teams starting to leave around 530p. Teams arrive at 8am, start play at 9am. Traffic to booths will happen when teams are off generally around 945am. Teams arriving but not playing can be before 945a.

Set-up: Doors open at 730am. Move in should happen BEFORE 815am It will be crowded after 815am and you will be fighting crowds. Marketplace will plan to open at 930am.

Tent: A tent is required for some spaces on the layout. If you do not have a tent you will be assigned a specific area where there is less of a chance a ball will come flying. As part of the agreement a waiver of liability is required. (It IS a SPORTS venue)

Accommodations: WIFI: There is a Optimun wifi hotspot in the building. If you do not have optimum we will provide a temporary login for you. Electricity: We do not have electricity in the vendor area. Tables & Chairs- at the moment we do NOT have tables and chairs. 

Event Info: Each event will have a particular age group of players attending. We expect 4 courts of 4 teams per court, 16 teams of girls about 12 per team. Ages range from 13 to 18. If we have less teams expected we will discount the fee and give you a credit. (THIS IS RARE) In some cases the tournaments will expand and you will have more teams. Expect 350-450 players, parents and coaches in the building.

Weather: Very seldom will we cancel for weather. If we cancel you will receive a credit to a future date.

Exclusive:  We only have room for 20 vendors so we will be as diverse as possible and provide you a viable marketplace. You can be sure that there will not be too much competition. You must list all the products you intend to sell.

Food: We have a snack stand (coffee/muffins etc) , Deli on the other side of the parking lot.
